Natasha is a registered Clinical Psychologist and a Board-Approved Supervisor. Natasha offers psychological therapy to adults and professional supervision for psychologists and counsellors.
Natasha has an interest in how therapy and the therapeutic relationship can assist with growth and healing in many forms. She has an authentic and empathic therapeutic style, based upon developing an understanding of the individual and building a safe therapeutic relationship.
Natasha has a collaborative approach to therapy and encourages reflection to increase self-awareness and address underlying issues that are contributing to psychological distress. Therapy typically addresses unmet emotional needs in childhood and adulthood, underlying beliefs and subsequent coping responses; as these often relate to current relationship patterns, identity issues, emotional difficulties, symptom presentations, and other issues.
