I am a registered Counselling Psychologist with an interest in providing high quality therapeutic care in a safe and supportive environment. I work collaboratively with people to help address life stressors, improve psychological health, and develop a more fulfilling life. My past clients have valued my warm, relaxed, and accepting manner.
My practice draws on a range of therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Interpersonal Therapy, while using a client-centred approach. I strongly believe in being guided by the needs of the people I work with, rather than trying to fit a client into a therapeutic mode.
